Steam Name: My Steam Name is DaemonSlayer13
In-game Name: My in-game name is CT PVT 4762 Daemon
Discord Name: Daemon#5871
What regiment are you applying for?: 501st Commander
Please give a detailed description of a commanders role: A commander is seen to be a leader who can train and have strategical thoughts within combat. A commander is dedicated to his regiment ensuring disciplinary and training. A commander is also a judge to see if someone is worthy of punishment and reward. If a trooper within their regiment has badly behaved the commander should take responsibility for their actions and train the person to behave in a more formal manner.
Please give us some examples of what a good commander is:
- Respectful
- Strict
- Fair
- Active
- Helpful
- Rewarding
- Open-Minded
Please give us some examples of what a bad commander is:
- Arrogant
- Cruel beyond strict
- Biased
- Uncaring
- Controlling
- Inactive
What makes you eligible for the position of commander: What makes me eligible for the commander position is my constant ability to take lead without being over-controlling, I am able to fit my plans for orders into common troopers instead of just doing how I like my ideas. Secondly, I am very capable and active to offer training towards fellow troopers including other regiments. Lastly what makes me eligible for Commander is my non-biased opinions for example, I will demote people I like if they are bad and I will promote people who I dislike if I see it is deserved.
What makes your application better than other applicant's applications: Something that makes my application better than others is I know what I am talking about and know what I plan to do for the regiment I am applying for. For example, other applicants usually want commander to be controlling but I like to add roleplay and set activities for players to do whilst we are not able to do events and set lots of training up, and aspire to give the 501st the greatest name within the server to make us look like we are great roleplayers and great combatants.
